Pumpkin Blossoms is a folk art fall jacket on a brown pigment dyed sweatshirt with patchwork trim in brushed cottons. The design features machine appliqué with both WoolFelt® and overdyed wool from Weeks Dye Works. The design also includes optional needle felting embellishments as well as hand embroidery. Needle felting is a vintage craft that is enjoying renewed popularity. The technique can be completed by hand or machine attachment for Bernina, Brother, and Babylock.

The sweatshirt modification instructions include optional custom fitting with the addition of front and back darts as well as seaming out the excess underarm fabric.
